ROM <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Directors was held on November 17, 2011, at the Southern <br />California Public Power Authority offices, located at 225 S. Lake Avenue, Suite 1250, Pasadena, <br />California. <br />The meeting was called to order at 10: 10 a.m. by President Glenn Steiger. <br />The following Board members (M) and alternates (A) were present and acting in their capacity <br />as representative for their utility: Steve Sciortino, Anaheim (A); Federico Langit, Azusa (A); <br />Fred H. Mason, Banning (M); Ronald E. Davis, Burbank (M); Vince Brar, Cerritos (A); <br />Amer Jakher, Colton (M); Glenn 0. Steiger, Glendale (M); Mario Escalera, lID (A); <br />Ronald 0. Nichols, LADWP (M); Phyllis E. Currie, Pasadena (M); David H. Wright, Riverside <br />(M); and Carlos Fandino, Vernon (M). <br />Staff present were: Executive Director Bill D. Carnahan; staff members Phyllis Brown, <br />Julie K. Felipe, Richard M. Helgeson, Daniel S. Hashimi, Geri L. Mitchell, Vernon D. Oates, <br />Salpi Ortiz, and David G. Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. <br />• moved to approve the minutes • the meeting held October 20, 2011. The motion <br />was seconded by Mr. Mason, and unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Carnahan referred to his written report, and then asked Mr. Helgeson to update the Board <br />on the SCPPA presentation to the Little Hoover Commission meeting he attended on <br />November 15, 2011, in Sacramento. <br />lir. Oates reported • the Finance Committee meeting of November 7, 201, and presented <br />the Investment Reports for the month and quarter ended September 30, 2011. The reports <br />were received and filed. <br />
