[Roll Call Vote] <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1995-6 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA <br />PUBLIC POWER AUTHORITY <br />REGARDING ALLOCATION OF GENERAL EXPENSES <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1982-30, adopted October 6, <br />1982, the Southern California Public Power Authority (Authority) <br />provided for allocation of General Expenses of the Authority; and <br />WHEREAS, the Authority rescinded and replaced such <br />Resolution by Resolution No. 1993-13, adopted May 20, 1993; and <br />WHEREAS, the Authority has authorized members of its <br />staff, in addition to Los Angeles and other agents, to perform <br />work on funded projects; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Authority <br />desires to revise the provisions of said Resolution No. 1993-13 <br />to reflect this and other developments; <br />BE IT RESOLVED that general expenses of the ~uthority <br />shall be allocated as follows: <br />General expenses of the Authority shall include: <br />(1) General expenses of the Los Angeles Department of <br />Water and Power (Los Angeles) and any other agents <br />authorized by the Board; <br />(2) All allocated expenses of the office of the , <br />Authority; <br />and shall be allocated to the funded projects on a proportionate <br />basis, in the same ratio as the sum of the estimated direct <br />charges to a funded project by Authority staff, Los Angeles, and <br />other agents bears to the total estimated direct charges for all <br />funded projects by Authority staff, Los Angeles, and other <br />agents. <br />Authority costs for an unfunded project will be <br />accumulated in a separate account and will be charged as general <br />expenses in accordance with (1) and (2) above during the period <br />such project is not funded. If such a project later becomes <br />funded, then all accumulated costs for that project, which have <br />been previously charged as general expenses, will be reimbursed <br />to the previously funded projects from funds of the newly funded <br />project .
