For purposes of this allocation, a funded project shall <br />mean a project for which funds have been obtained through a <br />financing by the Authority, and general expenses shall be those <br />expenses which are not chargeable directly to a funded project <br />and are not defined in the Authority's annual budget as non- <br />allocated expenses. <br />All general expenses shall first be allocated based <br />upon estimated direct charges of Authority staff, Los Angeles, <br />and other agents and, at the end of each fiscal year, the <br />allocation will be reviewed and if, in the opinion of the Board, <br />the ratio of estimated direct charges for Authority staff, <br />Los Angeles, and other agents varies substantially from the ratio <br />of actual direct charges, then such allocation shall be adjusted <br />so that general expenses are allocated based upon the ratio of <br />actual direct charges. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 1993-13 is <br />hereby rescinded effective July 1, 1995. <br />THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the <br />Authority this 18th day of May 1995. <br />Southern California Public <br />Power Authority <br />ATTEST Am% /'- <br />ASS1 ANT SECR ARY <br />southern calif ornqa Public <br />Power Authority
